Fifa 13 when will we get a team who relies entirely on lobbed through balls?

We really should be closer to this lot. They just ain’t that good. Whenever anyone has actually had a go at them and basically
not just bought into the Pep flagellation (us, Chelsea, Leeds) they’ve not looked so good. They’ve been workmanlike in a league that has rolled over for them.

Criminal that they could end up with the two big prizes so comfortably.

They've got the biggest and most expensive squad ever assembled in a horrendous season of piled up fixtures. That's why they cantered away with it.

If we had a proper preseason the palace and Tottenham games then who knows. A bit of pressure goes a long way. If anything it shows we are miles of his team of frauds. Ole isn’t that far away from the greatest manager of all time. A proper window with 2-3 signings then who knows

If we’d bought Sancho we’d be miles closer. Criminal going into the season so light in attack, cost us big time.

They remind me of the Spain national team of a decade ago that was so hyped due to success.

Absolutely boring as £#%&!.

Death by football more like death of football.

What is Zouma supposed to do as a defender?

Just let him run in and shoot?

Sterling was waiting/playing for it.

This.

Imagine another top forward in our squad now.

basically the same team as last season we're working with but with cavani added. That's why when people start whipping out the "look how much they've spent" chart it infuriates me. Two or three super expensive signings completely obscures it. Fact is when the time comes to go that extra step they don''t invest properly.

Its not a coincidence that the two teams who spent more than anyone else are in the champions league final

It’s almost forgotten that City spent more on a reserve CB last summer than we spent on a single player.

And that Chelsea dropped a quarter of a bil on some of the most sought after talent in Europe. Which in fairness have taken half a season to get going in the case of Havertz.

2 of our major signings were 18 and both have been out on loan for most of the season, still their fees are pointed at as an example of where our team should be

Yet something about ole being inept by some on here. Despite him in second place. Granted he’s made some mistakes but every manager does.

What we do have is a platform of good youth and experience . A good window (I know glazers are in charge won’t happen) and who knows

If we win our next 3 would be 4 behind them when they play at Newcastle.

There's no way in hell we've paid more than 10mil up front for Amad Diallo. No chance. His fee is 30 mill but that will all depend on appearances etc. Pellistri again, 10 million euros which is about 8 million quid. These are all safe signings that we'll get returns on even if they don't work out long term. Absolutely £#%&! all good to us now though.

while we all know city are all but confirmed champions at this stage, imagine how £#%&!ing funny it would be if they collapsed and we ended up sneaking the title because of that aguero pen

Yep. But still... ‘THEY’VE GOT £45m AMAD ON THE BENCH’

Got no problem with those type of signings, personally, if anything we should be doing more of it.

Anyone know how Pellistri has been getting on?
