Thumbs up

absolutely incredible performance, topped off by slippy G's cameo

The only thing I've missed this season from us is the way we generally performed superbly against our rivals (generally, the odd arsenal blip aside) under big Louis. Was never as nervous going into a big game with the big man.

His finest hour was surely the end of season award dinner?

Or, perhaps, the FA Cup

Can't help but feel this thread is more of an FAO thread directed at one individual. Wouldn't like to say for sure.

Ignores the stunning assist, post a video of a foul throw. #headsgone

Deemers haters really are nuts.

that first half performance is still the finest 45 mins of football we've played at Anfield in decades. They couldn't get near us.

We were incredible that day, played them off the park for an hour

Didn't we have a penalty to go 3-0 too?

Round of applause on the Brussels metro this morning, assumed it was for the anniversary of the bombings but now realise it was for Juan Mata's scissor kick

That's the last we'll see of any attempt to play like that away at a top four team, we won't even attempt it at home against them. Sad.

brilliant tactical masterclass 1st half with fellaini the key ...

bit shitty to go to 8 at the back against 10 men for last half hour though tbh

The awards show was the highlight.

Yes we got some great results against the dippers but nothing will beat "I've seen a lady... who plays the saxophone... fantastically!"

I'm still certain he was referring to Giggs getting some action in the toilets.

If I hadn't seen such riches.

An oasis in a sea of shit indeed... I was giddy as £#%&! after this.

In that millisecond you see how Gary Neville's attempts to not appear biased plays out

Replay shows Mata onside, instead of just saying that he comes out with 'he's on the edge of offside'

Definitely one of my favourite games at Anfield.

Totally outplaying them for large parts.

United fans taking the piss.

The Gerrard sending off had me laughing like a lunatic.
