Yes he was.

Had the odd scary moment, but when you consider what a nervous wreck he was only two weeks ago, he's done brilliantly to be part of a backline that shut Arsenal out today.

Seems to have arrived this week

Thought he looked very calm and brought the ball forward well, even had a go at Smalling for not bringing the ball forward

If we wanted 2 defensive midfielders in front of a back 4 he could do a tidy job with Matic - nicely composed on the ball not so clever in the air.
