They got fined on FFP last summer

Still spent £80m last season

And are saying they're gonna blow a load more cash this summer.

How does that work then?

FFP rules are set to be relaxed. They're waiting back to find out how much they can spend this summer.

Sterling is the only one I can see playing for them next season, Pogba will end up at one of the big boys and De Bruyne will stay.

The FFP relaxation is only in terms of new investments and takeovers isn't it, rather than existing owners and financial statuses?

Dunno.

PSG have yet to speak to Platini with details on how much they want to spend this summer.

They'll sell a plant pot from the club reception for £40m to a middle eastern plant enthusiast.

Bursaspor have given their highly-rated striker Enes Unal permission to travel to England to discuss a possible deal with Manchester City.

The 18-year-old, who won his first senior cap for Turkey in the 2-1 victory against Luxembourg in March, is likely to command a fee of around £500,000.
