Default Fraudiola about to blow another £120m in addition to signing Laporte for £57m

Fred and Mahrez deals being pursued by the master coach.

What happened to him being able to get a lot out of young players? A lot of youth team products in their team eh? Hahaha, the pep cultists barely have any arguments left.

There'd be riots if Mou was spending another £170m+ in a january window after already having spent £400m since 2016.

Not that they'll give a shit but even the City diehards know it's a £#%&!ing farce.

Half a billion in one and a half seasons?

Is this because of the revamp in FFP so they're getting their business done now?

Sane out for 2 months and he's ready to blow a record fee on Mahrez. Rather than give Bernard Silva a run, or like you say, a youth player. Massive massive @#%&!.

Disgusting

City shouldn’t need to use their own money to buy new players, Sanchez should buy them out of his first weeks wages

How can pep cultists call mou a cheque book manager with a straight face? Or complain about the transfer market when they buy squad players for £50m?

#headsgone

Will be a spectacular fall for these guys. Hubris.

I somehow don't think he'd have embraced the culture of this club...

So United fans who moaned about people moaning about us spending fortunes are moaning about city spending fortunes?

I have little doubt he's the best coach in the world, but this really is a hollow experience for him, surely? An absolute non-entity of a club spending £60m on squad players. Even if they do win the Champions League someday soon, where's the real achievement?

In this age of absurd spending at the major clubs, that local identity and representation on the field feels even more important.

It's more bafflement than moaning.

It's all very odd and looks like they need to do it now because they won't be allowed in the summer/summer afterwards.

That was of course to get the sycophantic media pieces which duly appeared.

Are we supposed to feel impressed at them winning while doing this? Removes the illusion of sporting competition, hollow as Siders put it.

Cheat mode in Football Manager was only fun for an hour.

People are impressed pal and when they do win the lot money will hardly be mentioned.

Its as if 'pep' is doing it on a shoe string budget and is a genius
