Maybe here he thinks he’s the big fish in the little pond. Mourinho’s comments about him were right during the World Cup. Too much ego involved on both parts.
Need to keep him. No way do we sell after window closes. A swap for Rakitic, Dembele & Mina would work
personally he didn't exactly light up the World Cup or do enough for a team like united to build a team around him.

'keeping it simple' is the prerequisite of a united midfielder not the glimpse of 'what could be'

He was excellent. Only Modric was better in midfield. Much better than he's been for us.

Where did you get “ keeping it simple “ from?

He was excellent.

Why would you sell in such a situation? He has 4 years left on his deal basically(3+1), if anything his value will be even higher next summer.

There's no rush. But I suspect this will be the last time we'll deal with Raiola. Always a circus with his players. Look at the position he put Donnaruma in at Milan, basically went from adored to despised in a few days. If he's not careful he could really end up making Pogba despised if they try to force a move.

Can’t imagine there’s the time there to do that deal.

But if we could get it done and £#%&! Pogba off, then I wouldn’t be arsed, personally.

He has a contract till 2022, so he is going nowhere in this window.. worst case he gets sold next summer or else he knuckles down plays to his potential and gets an improved contract at Utd.. Fergie was bang on about his agent the first time he left..

Hardly a big compliment ....

If that’s a glimpse of what we should be building our team around , it’s a “no” from me....
no successful team is a build around a player doing little more than the normal in a 2 man midfield

you build teams around players like de bruyne, hazard, Dybala, Ronaldo, Neymar.

Put it this way...
would be we stronger

1.
Matic
Fred
Pogba

Lingard
Sanchez
Lukaku

2.
Matic
Fred
Rakatic

Dembele
Sanchez
Lukaku

3.

What if pogba does a Courtois/Costa and goes on strike? Then what?

All he wants is a payrise. His feathers have been ruffled since Alexis walked through the door on £1.2m per week. He just wants more money.

Saying that, if he hates Mou and doesn't want to play for him, can't blame him.

Stop the @#%&!’s wages. Breach of contract. If that isn’t feasible wtf is the use of a contract? He is contracted to play unless injured. We do have a medical team... of sorts

They paid £140m for Coutinho so yup. Starting point would be £200m or a deal involving Dembele.
