Arturo Vidal is coming

I'd say discussions are still going on, a bit odd that Evra is still not officially announced as a Juventus player.. so if are to believe everything that's now Kroos and Vidal that we have turned down..

I find it impossible to believe van Gaal turned down the chance to sign Kroos.

What's more likely is that after months of Kroos leading Moyes along, LvG used his contacts and got whiff of the fact that Madrid were serious about him and he preferred to go there, and so £#%&!ed it off and bought Herrera instead.

Hard to know where the Vidal one stands due to the English hacks showing little insight. What we know for sure is Vidal is being asked about it constantly in Chile and he's very much keeping the story alive. Signed a new deal six months ago so he's not getting an extension.

Just hope it's United playing the game and it's not the excuse for the summer "Van Gaal doesn't want him".

I'll say it again, we're not signing him. In fact, no £#%&! it, we're not signing anyone else this window. Same bullshit as the last 4 or 5 seasons

I imagine United know Juventus have to raise cash, so are trying to force the price down. Strange after what they paid for Mata, Fellaini etc, but with a number of deals to do this summer they probably don’t want to appear desperate.

Could backfire if one of the plastics offers big money for Pogba. PSG still very interested in him iirc.

Looking back though can't say I'm overly sad we missed any of them.

Yep. Been reported United have an agreement with Vidal iirc. Would explain his comments in terms of taking the United interest as a given.

Hope it doesn't backfire. That's what happened with Lucas, by all accounts. Had a deal with the player, £#%&!ed about and PSG showed up.

there's clearly been dialogue between Utd and agent and probably agreement. We're just pissing around with the fee as per....Arthoh is just covering his arse with the Ultras with his "not bothered if....."
