Love it, amazing to see a 17 year old make his debut at the end too.

Varela has really impressed me going forward, he might not be as good defensively as Darmian, but he looks a player

Indeed. Some decent young lads in there. Even if they don't make it at Utd, they're still getting an opportunity to play. Lovely to see tbh.

It's lovely to see.

Even if they turn out to be Macheda's, at least they're getting a chance.

Tempted to dig up some of those 'United are destroying their legacy' articles from last season

Proper footballer. Bit of an arsenal player tbh Riley impressed me I expected him to be a lot more 'english'.

It's nice to see a team full of young lads wanting to wear the shirt plus the heads not going down after going behind.

I'll take them over the likes of the overpaid fraud that was Di Maria any day.

Not getting carried away but more of tonight please

This is exactly the sort of shit you should be excited about for your blog...years of signing mediocrity and we win 5-1 at OT with kids

That's the kind of display that makes football the best sport on the planet.

Watching a team of young men playing with such skill, speed, energy and enthusiasm, it really does fill your heart with joy.

I know the Danes weren't all that, but it's difficult to figure how maligned the academy is, compared to City's, when you see so many new lads coming through with such great potential.

If only Louis could get the blend of senior and junior players just right for the rest of the season...

No surprise to see your lack of pride.
