Two weeks ago we were buzzing to be getting players back. Three players. Casemiro, shaw and Martinez. Two have managed a handful of games before long term injuries again. We’re basically back to where we were and we’ve let Reguilon go.

This will just keep happening until the end of the season and we’ll hobble over the line despite playing a game a week

That whole medical team needs sorting out along with the roof leaks in the summer and Luke Shaw cannot be our first choice left back next season.
His leg hasn't been right for years. The break and then the blood clots on top of it. Every season he seems to miss a couple of months with problems relating to it. Ideally we'd have a decent back up but it's just our luck the guy we bought has has a mysterious knee injury that's kept him out for nearly a year.

Yeah the leg break was awful and he’s been littered with injuries since. There’s a good player there, but you simply can’t have your first choice in any area as unreliable as him. It’s not going to improve. He’s late 20s and tjese 2-3 month lay offs have plagued his career. If we’re to see a new ruthless side to us this summer, he’ll be gone or at very least we buy a first team ready left back.

We £#%&!ed up not keeping one of Fernandez or Reguilon too. This injury isn’t exactly a shock. We need AWB back asap.

Don't think he's ever truly got over the leg break in 2015 which is a shame. We look like prats letting go of both Reguilon and Fernandez in hindsight.

No we don't, that's just hindsight pal....

50% of league games missed since he signed. Pretty shocking given he has generally always been first choice. We need to move players like this on.

So you don't think someone should have at least thought what happens if Shaw gets injured

Maybe that's why Harry Amass was signed / been training with the first team....

You can't cover every injury and situation with worldclass understudies that's football...

Exactly. It’s not like we’ve suddenly lost lots of players. Malacia has never been fit. Shaw has a track record of injuries. Sending Reguilon back to then not get anyone on loan was a mistake. We got Reguilon for exactly the situation we’re in now.

You can anticipate that Shaw will be injured because he’s injured a lot.

Amrabat had his best for us at LB. Chuck him in and get some use out of him

We can just recall Fernandez, it’s hardly a major issue. Reguilon was shit other than his first few games, I don’t see what the point of keeping him around would have been.

I'm pretty sure EtH was playing Linda ahead of him too. Still, we do need an actual left back.

So he hasn't been training with the fist team ?

Amrabat hasn't played there, lindelof etc ...

You don't just stock pile players incase others get injured...

Squad full of shit - United are terrible

No cover for an injury - god our squad is weak, we're terrible....

It's football, a team and squad sport...

I didnt say that I just said he was 16, or isn't he?

Unless he's a genuine wonderkid and he's going to step up and boss the Premier League, I'd take Linda playing there over him.

You're right about everything else, mind.
