Who by, Glenn Hoddle, he's the only coach of any note in world football who still considers that formation valid.

I thought he was immense towards the end, seems to play with character and confidence, but he doesn't really play the strict holding role for Bayern. I think he would be a £#%&!ing brilliant signing. Not only would he give us a good engine and be good to break up the oppositions play and protect the defenders, he can get forward and create to.
