Jesus Erik just admitted nearly subbing Hojlund off before the goal.

Got a bit of luck with Rashford's injury.

Leave him on you slap-headed bastard!

Villa always get it

Van nistelrooy did them in an FA cup game (I think)

The macheda game was against Villa too

Watch Erik celebrate that 3rd goal and tell me that’s a man who has given up.

He doesn’t get every call right, but I’m still convinced he’s the man to stand by. It’s easy to preach courage when everything is going well, but keeping your bottle when things are going against us is what’s needed.

Crucial to get those forwards scoring. Still some awful decision making at times, but we created a lot. We’ve been playing with such small margins recently by creating £#%&! all. We were a constant threat. We can afford the rash moments when we play to these kids strengths.

Will forgive the OT crowd for the vociferous “you’re not singing anymore” after the third

Assumed that was postmodern irony from the Villa fans...

Great save by Onana just after we got back to 2-1 too. Would have killed us that so fair play.

Well, that was a laugh.

First half was genuinely as bad as anything I've seen post Ferie. Absolutely inexcusable. Second half was peak United. Wonderful stuff. Everyone did something positive. Garnacho is genuine class, what a player. Hojlunds was a great finish. Bruno was fantastic.

Despite totally seeing my arse, that was marvellous. Nothing like that feeling.
