Some good young managers around atm. Klopp at dortmund looks an exceptional talent, so does the fella at porto (villas or something?). Coyle has done a great job as well, very impressive. Blanc has impressed everywhere he's been.

I'd sooner we got someone young and with fire and enthusiasm than a big name who'll £#%&! off after a couple of seasons. Hopefully fergie has another three years in him and ole will have done something with molde by then.

May as well draw it from a tombola.

Think back at the number of threads raving about whatever manager had been on a 6 month winning streak only for them to turn shit and get sacked.

I'll be more concerned if we appoint one of these pan flashes rather than a consistent producer of the goods.

That's right folks, step forward the father of the biggest @#%&! on sporting tv.

ferg was sensational at barcelona and milan. obviously at madrid he had the money to buy whoever he wanted. we were lucky to pry him away, really.

aye, remember when Paul Le Guen was touted as the next must have great manager and replacement for Fergie?

The difference between Paul le Guen, hitler and other continental @#%&!s is that they haven't won the league.

If you check your history books you will find that Owen Coyle has won everything, including the premier league.

I think.

@#%&!s.

...I've said before on ere that I have a horrible feeling Coyle could be a big success at the dippers. They were contemplating him. Hopefully @#%&!king kenny's need to rebuild his pension will put paid to that.

Coyle has the ingredients. He has learned his trade in hard leagues. He is the type to know every kids name at the academy just like SAF.

Maureen and any Ancelotti import type wouldn't even know where to find the £#%&!ing academy

And when Timo Hildebrand was 'clearly' the better choice than Van der Sar.

I love how people get giddy about fergies replacement when any manager with a likeable personality strings a few results together

Got to say though, re Coyle, that I agree

Bolton play good attacking football that is entertaining to watch (sometimes...more than others at least) and surely we would rather have that than maureen brand result churning 4-5-1?

Many people were touting Allardyce as a replacement when he was at Bolton and Coyles done more for Bolton than he ever did in such a short space of time. He has managed to galvanise those horrible fans, plays prettier football and all with an inferior squad.

Lets wait and see if they manage to get into the Europa League

Oh and he's a Scottish Catholic. Why break the habit of a lifetime?

Stoney will be pleased with it I reckon
