I think we’ll get a CB, CMx2, ST and possibly a GK

Maybe another ST as back up too.

I think Rabiot will be one of the CM’s.

Can’t see any of those shock ones happening unless they push for it. I don’t think we’ll sell Fred and The Scottish Player. One or the other. Talk that Fred is more likely to leave due to age.

Forgot about Henderson and Elanga. They’ll be be gone too. Christ knows what happens with Telles and Bailly. They may need to be shot.

Seems we were in for him last year so I could definitely see that happening. Offers that care on the ball that others don’t. Mount to replace Fred. Rabiot to offer an alternative to Casemiro.

Casemiro and Eriksen to replaced by a bigger De Jong style signing in the coming years. I think we’ll make do in midfield by steadily
Increasing the quality on the relative cheap.

Striker is where we need the immediate upgrade and most of the budget outlay.

Depends on how many midfielders they can get in, The Scottish Player would represent pure profit from an FFP PoV and would help the budget.

The Scottish Player is a tough one. He’s one where you could see getting decent money, but he’s got good experience and a good age profile. He’s come through the ranks. I could see that meaning something Erik. Might want him around for that.

We need an extra body to what we have too, so if him and Fred go, we need three coming in and I can’t see us signing three central midfielders.

I don’t think we’ll get Sabitzer either. A few weeks ago, maybe, but not now and not if we’re actually in for Mount.

I think he’s been a bit unlucky and came in at a difficult time. He’s a good player, but I don’t think he’s the answer. If he was free, maybe, but we’ll put the £20m elsewhere imo.
