There's no way to sugar-coat this but anyone who's put anyone other than Rashford down as our most improved player is an objectively stupid @#%&!. He couldn't control the ball, carry it forward, pass it or even run last season and looked like he was on morphine.

? When had Shaw proven himself a viable centre back prior to this season? I think had there been a poll on which players would most likely fall to pieces when the pressure was on or they were moved out of position, Shaw would have featured quite prominently. But he was very strong defensively as well as going forward in numerous positions.

some people undervalue shaw's ability and application, for sure. those people are surprised when he is one of our strongest players defensively and attacking. again.

he could play central midfield, too. lol.
