This is the final nail. He's got less chance of playing now than Shaw.
I presume he'll fly back the day after like the England player did...knowing him probably not.

Why would you miss the birth of your child for a pre season for a manager who has already made up their mind that you're gone.

Would you miss your kids birth if your boss wanted you out? £#%&! that. Money doesn't make up for it either.
