With Rio out, Id trust Wes more than anyone to attack the headers and generally give Tevez a harder time of it. I imagine Vidic will be picking up Dzeko seeing as hes such an aerial threat. Wont happen though, I just dont want to see Evans start this game and Im not sure Smalling is ready.

our central midfield is impossible to pick and feel inspired. Id prob rather see Scholes in there with Carrick but with Giggs in the side too I worry about getting overrun.

Him and Ando are our best midfield pairing. Neither are consistent but then nobody in our midfield is.

Agree with what you say re Carrick, would love him to prove me wrong if he plays tomorrow but like you say he can't seem to be arsed, this game is made for Rooney to pull his socks up and play like he can otherwise even the staunchest (sp)of supporters will start questioning his commitment, can see Pea doing something special too

Rooney's acted the @#%&!, & been shit away, but he's been very good at home & Berbatov thrives off of his contribution. Starting Park in an advanced role is asking him to stop someone from dictating the play from deep from them. Who's going to do that? De Jong ? Barry ? £#%&!ing hell. If we don't set-up with Rooney at home to them with his record & a thirst for £#%&!ing hammering them it's all gone to £#%&!ing pot.

So the same as above, but not Park & that dozy pleb Rooney up there instead. & I hope he £#%&!ing smashes De Jong into next week as well.
