Why is it difficult for him?

He plays wide or central....he gets to play wide or central. The formation doesn't dictate his ability to control the ball/pass/shoot/contribute effectively.

Good players play well regardless of formations. Januzaj has done NOTHING in 2014: FACT. That doesn't mean he won't develop into a top player in future, but let's bin this suggestion that Moyes and now LVG are hindering his progress by playing him in football matches just because the team isn't set up around him alone.

We've just had 2 years of this bullshit with Kagawa.
