Arsed - he's just some £#%&!ing football manager hipster player anyway... Will be playing in the middle of far east before he's 30.

I ask you, has there ever been a world class player who had dreadlocks ffs.

Easy to forget they had some very good spells under Rodgers. When we went to Anfield last March everyone thought they'd beat us.
It's not just the position Rodgers had them in when Klopp took over, it's the resultant transition period that effected results too. That's not really on Rodgers' or Klopp's door imo, just the way it is.

I'm saying they're better NOW than last season - not that they've been better all season.

Di Maria a) didn't want to leave Madrid, and b) wanted to sign for PSG from the get go. Wow, that was a real recipe for success huh?

The player himself has been quoted saying it was his choice...the other is a plodding defender going back to his club...

Who are the other teams doing all their business NOW please ?

They are better than they were. Still inconsistant of course, but you can see something going on, and it's with entirely inherited players; hasn't spent a penny yet. Our manager has almost completely overhauled in the squad in four windows and half the players he's recruited are either gone or almost write offs.

No, but he still came. Doubt he'd have gone to Liverpool.

Van Gaal is an excellent identifier of talent, but he needs help from the club. So far our activity has smacked of lack of scouting.

I'd say every single signing bar Martial was one any fan could have made. Hopefully they've got their act together.

Are you seriously trying to suggest that Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea, City, Arsenal, Bayern (clearly), PSG and the rest are not in negotiations with the agents of the players they have identified as we speak?

We can't even tell people who the £#%&!ing manager will be.

It's May the 10th and City and Chelsea have new managers and Bayern just signed two players we were interested in. What's your point?

Didn't we try to get him when Sexton was tin tacked? I've definitely seen it claimed that Racist Ron was only our 4th choice then.......

Scouting? Depay played for him and he has been atrocious.

They recently went three games without a win against Villarreal, Newcastle and Swansea.

Meanwhile when we went to Anfield last spring their record in the league over the previous few months was P: 13 W: 10 D: 3 L:0

They've reached nothing like that form this season. And they are set to finish lower in the league as a result.

Again, easy to forget they often hit very good runs under Rodgers.

The shitness of the players Klopp has inherited is massively overstated on here, as is the quality of players LvG inherited/has...

So you don't think we've identified a single player or have had talks?

Except for getting us into the champions league. He has suffered badly from our own and his own poor form as well as Shaw being injured, they were a real force down that left hand side

New manager, new tactics and Shaw behind him and we will see a completely different player

And you can make stats imply whatever you want. Are you actually watching their games? They are better now than when he took over, of that there is no doubt, and that's without bringing any of his own players in. Just because we hate them - and now him by association-, and because we are compelled to defend our own manager, you can't ignore what's in front of your face.

Nope, Big clubs are doing big business NOW.....

A city manager that might not have champions league and a Chelsea boss taking over a team that flirted 1 point from relegation who he's never seen more than 10 games...

Not sure what your point is. Signing Memphis hardly contradicts the notion that he had to identify his own players without scouting

Well given that he took over when someone had been sacked, you'd hope so.

But they took 33 from 39 points under Rodgers last year before playing us. They aren't doing that now.

And yeah, I watched them against Dortmund. They were outplayed for 70 minutes until they won the game with set-pieces. Slow clap.
