Default Mourinho's Transfer Strategy

By D-Castlez.

Good, detailed read.

https://uk.sports.yahoo.com/news/how...114154967.html

Quote:
In Jose Mourinho’s first weeks at Manchester United he was informed that one of his key summer signings Henrikh Mkhitaryan could not undergo out-of-hours rehabilitation in the club’s own swimming pool because there was no lifeguard on duty to oversee the session. It was not the only bureaucratic brick wall United’s newly installed manager ran into.

With his family living in London Mourinho was working long days at the Carrington training ground and sometimes sought to use the training ground’s well-appointed gym after hours. Another no-go without proper supervision.

When Mourinho wanted to change the desk in the manager’s office or present a signed United shirt to a visitor he had to battle to have the expenditure cleared. At a club en route to announcing a record annual revenue of over £500million such inefficiency frustrated the Portuguese.
State.

Why would he want to do that?

Tad disrespectful.

Sounds like Shaw is disliked given this bloke is a proper Mou mouthpiece

I'm sure it was an epic battle to secure his new desk ffs

Or simply a case of Mourinho telling whoever is in charge of that particular budget that he wanted a new one.

Good thread, I was the only one who thought we'd have the balls to beat Arsenal. Unfortunately it turned out that moyes did not deserve even the courtesy of being backed 6 games into his reign.

Don't think it was so outrageous to back the first manager post fergie a month into the season looking at how average everyone else was.

Defending Moyes well into January and February on the other hand like many on here did....

Absolute disgrace to back the team a month into a season with a new manager.

We all saw what happened from December onwards and pretty much everyone gave up on him, bar a few......

Was prophetic as per about Arsenal too.

Get him into good shape and draw some excellent performances from him?

Big shame if it's not going to work for him here having barely had a chance this season.

Which is exactly what Mourinho's trying to do, yet it gets a from you

Did van gaal give him a chance when he was fat? Nope.
