"but as a coach I have convictions"

Yeah, you've also got a conviction from when you were a player.

Really needs to do something about it/coaching badges? Manage another team first? Don't want a Newcastle and Shearer arrangement

Love him but he's mental.

Ever hear the stuff he's said about managing before? That it has to be new and original.
He'd probably keep the players awake for four days before games and go with a formation that resembles a wine bottle, and the players can't leave a designated 4 sq metre box on the pitch.

They way I see it is unless Utd get it right straight away we *could* end up in a Chelsea/Madrid type situation chopping and changing our manager every 12/18 months so we may aswell give him shot if that is the case.

At the very least it would be entertaining as £#%&!.

I've worked it out, there is a 3.12% chance he'd be fantastic.

Boring bastards.

One of our greatest players ever and someone with a big personality. £#%&! it, worth a try, imagine him against Mourinho on the touch line, he'd knock him out.

So having him banned from the touchline for life would help us how?

Exaggerating (well i hope i would be). But i'd have no complaints about Cantona being our manager. Passionate and talks a good game. I could be all sensible and say get an experienced manager, but £#%&! it why not try it.
