I've been saying this for years, the biggest problem with Owen is if he's not scoring what else dose he offer on the pitch, nothing. He doesnt link up with the midfield, he doesnt track back very well, his passing is average at best - he's at his best when he's been given a through ball to latch onto - but his pace will deteriorate soon, he's 30 this year, anyone who wants to sign him must be mad.

Having said that, all the best for today Michael, we're all behind you.

He probably would have done if he'd played a full season - he's been one of the most injury players I know - he makes Saha look like a 40 games per season player.

That'll be Citeh then. Match made in heaven. Owen is still just about a marquee signing for a club like them and from his point of view, probably the biggest club that would want him. Can definitely see him there next year.

If the barcodes can score first, I wouldn't be surprised to see a draw. United's win yesterday might just get to the vermin a bit more than they realise.

If Liverpool score first, however, they'll get a bagful.
