Worth having for last year, thanks for the memories, in hindsight a new contract was absurd but I guess they thought he'd get back to full fitness. Not at 35 with an ACL....

The total unfettered joy my son experienced at Wembley when he scored the winner against Southampton will live with me until I shuffle off this mortal coil.

For that alone, I'll always have a soft spot for the big bastard.

Did OK when he was playing, helped win a couple of trophies then a bad injury prevented any further contributions

Baffled by the hostility

Had a very good first year. Shouldn't have been re-signed after his injury. Not much more to it.

some of you are £#%&!ing idiots.

he had a impressive first season and got injured luckily as close to the end of the season as possible.

he then came back too soon and then has just about recovered now.

to pretend he has been shit for us is childish.

It was great while it lasted. The injury was a terrible way to go out.

A fantastic free signing. Considering some of the absolute trash we've spend untold millions on, he was a roaring success.

This!

That winner in the League Cup summed him up. Started it in our box and finished it in theirs.

He came here too late so he’s left me wanting more. I really enjoyed Zlatan.

Zlatan posted on his Instagram page shortly after the news and said: "Great things also come to an end and it is time to move on after two fantastic seasons with Manchester United. Thank you to the club, the fans, the team, the coach, the staff and everybody who shared with me this part of my history. #foreverred"

Great Great player...........loved that he played for us....... Had a great season last year....... Would have loved it if Fergie signed him up about 10 years ago, instead of signing Zlatan we signed Owen on a free.. Zlatan would have been the perfect replacement for Ronaldo.......
