Need to see the Opta stats on his 'post-tackle fouls' before I pass judgment, tbf.

He'd have 15 assists with good players around him

25 injuries in, still hitting line and open infield passes ...

Stay up king

He's a £#%&!ing rubbish winger bunks c'mon.

He couldn't skin a potato.

Could make a full back though. Get him on the creatine next summer.

He's actually decent at tackling and tracking runners etc.

Too slow and horribly one-footed.

Did well defensively and got into good position a few times, but the lack of end product is obviously a huge problem.

I think like most of the squad it’s mainly down to confidence.

Finding Antony a problem today is really odd, he set up 3 goal scoring opportunities...

Also worked hard defensively...

This is now an agenda...

Taking names....

Thought he did ok today.

Still garbage though

His stats speak for themselves in terms of needing more, but he seems sharper and more confident in recent weeks and boy does he work hard.

Needs a goal. Needs a couple of big moments.

With Antony, it is ability. He doesn't have it.

You'd be as well play a right back there and get even more cover for the full back given that his big selling point.

Works harder than anyone in the team. Awful end product though.

Would shine in a team that's full of confidence.

What would he do to shine, assists through the eye of a needle, bag important goals etc?

It's laughable.

He's a major contributor to us scoring only 18 league goals in 17 games. Part of the front 3 where his only redeeming feature is that he tracks back

In a confident team, he'd probably be getting more stick for continually killing attacks. I honestly cannot believe anyone who watches him regularly rates him. He must be one of the most limited attackers in the league.

More opportunities to create chances, more opportunities to score goals, more space to take his man on. Even yesterday you could see him %@#$&!ing other players around him for making the wrong runs (Dalot was on the receiving end of a few).

Every time he's on the ball he only ever seems to have the same two options, try and get it to Rasmus who's usually being marked by two players, or square it to Bruno or The Scottish Player outside the area. Dalot should be an option but he either chooses the wrong run or makes it a good run at the wrong time.

His biggest problem is that I don't think he's got a simple side to his game, which is what he needs to be effective when the team is playing like it is.

he was part of a good team performance yesterday

but he is the most mind boggling signing of all time. at least with all our other expensive flops they were actually good before they came here.

we paid 80m for some average Joe from the Dutch league. the 24th top scorer in the eredvisie behind van wolfswinkel, sinisterra, klaasen etc

he would've been a bad signing at half the price
