That Boy Ronaldo!

Default Anderson

Dont care how many goals he's scored for us but the lad is absolutly brilliant.

Love his attitude and how he works hard and tries always to go forward.

Has a killer pass too and it's only a matter of time before he scores.

All this and he's only 20

Whenever he plays, we always look threatening and have a good tempo to our game

How many assists does he have? I'm guessing 0.

Plus he's off to Inter as soon as he gets the oppurtunity. Give me fletcher and third place anyday.

More praise for our boy with a lot of potential?

Come on Dunk, put him in his place.

easily our best young central midfielder from brazil with the exception of possebon and possibly rafael if he felt like playing there which he probably wouldnt so ignore him

If he progresses as he should (and you can never ever tell properly) he's going to be a seriously good centre midfielder in a few years.

The thing is he's living up to his potential and his peformances since he's joined us have proved that.

Thumbs up

Love watching him play. Had a very good game I thought. A couple of great though balls.

What is encouraging is that in his last 2 starts, against Blackburn and Aalborg he has maintained his performance for 90 mins. That is something he has struggled with at Utd, has tended to fade badly at around an Hour. Those 2 games were not the most physcially taxing but it is a step forward for him, guaranteeing a good 90 will make Fergie more likely to pick him.

His last two games were Aalborg and Blackburn in the Carling Cup at home weren't they?

true. he looks physically stronger now as well, similar to last season when he was shrugging tackles off and dominating gerrard. earlier in the season he looked much more ineffectual in the tackle and less dominant physically in general. you can see the confidence in his play - he sees the ball as his, moves quickly to loose balls, isn't afraid to play the forward pass. very very good news.

Anderson has started 7 of the 15 games we've kept a clean sheet in this season

and all 6 of the games we've conceded 2 or more goals

kind of supports the impression that we aren't as good a unit with him as we maybe are without him

although it's only fair to point out that the personnel around him in those starting line-ups has varied a lot, he definately needs to work on making sure the team keep possession of the football.

he'll be able to watch Scholes more regularly soon though, so it's all good.

Maybe. But then again, he's started 8 of the 11 games were we've scored 2 or more goals. Which supports the impression that we're a much better attacking side with him than we are without him.
