Given they signed most of those players in a less inflated transfer market, it's hardly a surprise. Current market value would tell a different story.

Why? In comparison to our income the prices in the transfer market are relatively the same as they've been for the last 20 years.

So any 30 year old with their badges can go straight into managing United? Better qualified than van gaal and mourinho. They'd have the same issue Moyes had with regards respect.
