Bruno "the problem" Fernandes though
He has been a problem though most of the season, as he hasn’t been turning those performances in but, as I’ve kept saying, Bruno or rashford, never both. Defensively, you can carry one but not both. Hopefully he’s played himself into form at the right end of the season.

If we're scoring, he's usually creating it or at least a part of it. Surround him with better quality and a better structure and he's one of the best players in Europe.

10h says these "giveaways can't happen." once again, his game plan relying on 100% possession.

Why do people do this? Him coming into form doesn’t mean everything that happened before it didn’t happen mate; we’re not the men in black.

If he’d played like that all season it wouldn’t have even been a subject of discussion.

He's surrounded by lesser players and is usually out of position trying to create something. He needs a structured team, no running around trying to do Rashfords job and just let him create.

We need someone to replace rashford, a couple of midfielders and two new fullbacks. If he has those, he’ll be fine.

And that last bit is the point I’ve been making. One or the other. Never both.

And the one is clearly Bruno.

Or not making stupid mistakes and doing basic defending.

So true.

He’s not had his best season but how people can not see that it’s more to do with the team around him and not him I don’t know. He’s the only player we have who would trouble City’s first team.

Genuinely enjoyed that.

Decent turn out in the stadium, atmosphere wasn’t too bad and we looked like we wanted it even though we were poor for large periods. Not having Rashford stinking the place out makes all the difference.

Looked full to me at the time but I’ve seen it on tv later and there was a fair few red seats. Thought it was decent nonetheless.

A rearranged nothing match on a Wednesday night when we’re as shit as we are? Decent enough.

More chances than the opposition, what is this utter madness I am seeing tonight. Fair play to Bruno he is definitely not in the same bracket as Rashford.
