Seen him a few times on tv and about 4 times for Wales, he look a good prospect, good feet, comfortable on the ball, can tackle and takes a mean free kick.

Still only 17 and fees being mentions are seem high (but not when ashley young is a 10m player)

Good that he is Welsh also, imo it is much easier to manage a player that is not involved in the England circus these days, the club's (as it should be) success becomes the most important to the player.

would prefer to keep Heinze as well but unlikley if Bale signs, I hope Gabby sees out the season with us.

Sign him. Otherwise you can almost guarantee that in typical United-fashion we'll be paying £25M for him in 5 years time.

I would post a picture of a Cyber-man alongside a picture of Bale and swap the names around for comic effect but:
