Couldn't give a £#%&! whether he was banned or not the scouse @#%&! but pathetic to see that this is still headline news all over the place. Three journalists on SSN this morning, quotes from Dave Whelan and Sam Allardyce interrogated over it too.

Well fair £#%&!s at least to Leyton Orient manager, Russell Slade - interviewed on Sky yesterday........

He was asked a leading question along the lines "if you get through this round, you will play Manchester United - you will be aware that Wayne Rooney will be available, your thoughts?"

Obviously the Sky gimp was hoping for something along the lines of "its a disgrace, why do Man Utd get all the decisions??" Instead, Slade said he was delighted, that Rooney was a "great player" and his players dreamed of going against the likes of him for once in their careers. He even prety much repeated himself, to drive home the point.

"Oh" said the utterly crestfallen interviewer, as he promptly changed the subject

Russell Slade seems like a top bloke.

Not just on that, in general.

He isn't how you'd expect based on how he looks. He's very well spoken and mild mannered. I always thought he'd sound like Barry Fry.
