Jamie Jackson - correct me if I'm wrong - replaced Daniel Taylor as the Guardian's de facto United correspondent.
He's insisted on more than one occasion that Herrera had performed poorly during our pre season tour. Assuming that he did actually watch all of those games and understands the rudiments of football, how on earth has he come to this conclusion? Upon enquiring about the status of Falcao's loan deal last night he was told by 'an insider' that 'patience is a virtue'. In other words: shhhh, Jamie, you get £#%&! all from us. The sad thing is that he reported the snub as part of his exclusive sitrep from the front line. His latest effort revolves around our reluctance to field youngsters. Bitch, bitch, bitch. What to make of it all? |

Did you expect anything else?
If Jose Mourinho, Brenton or Arsene Wenger had signed Falcao on deadline day for £6m then it would be getting hailed as a masterstroke; the deal of the decade. Shrewd piece of business by them..etc etc. They've decided that everything we do at the moment, is shit. Try to play a new formation with young British players at the core of it = SHIT. You need world class signings United! Sign world class players = SHIT, you're panic buying United, you're going against traditions!..etc etc. We'll never ever win because they've all got their own agendas and they'll report things putting their own biased slant on everything. |
