Had some of my best "modern" football days out with FC. Only in their first two years, but what a laugh.

Right back to football, as I used to get excited about.

People on many sites have a downer on the FC ideal as it undermines United's support, in their eyes, but to me and many, many others, they're both a chance to make a statement about the yanks and a chance to relive our youth.
The youth when we were really rivals with city, and coming second best frequently.
When Liverpool won everything and we got the odd win over them, or won a cup.
When Bolton or Stoke were our regular bogey teams.

Basically, our shite times that we thought would never end.

A trip to Wembley wiped the rest of the season clean.

We're the famous Man United and we're going to Wemberleee, Wemberleee, Wemberleee, etc.

How times have moved on. Now we expect to win everything we're in.

But back then it was our United. Our lives. Our week between games that we only talked about last/ next Saturday's game.We loved our team but wouldn't be surprised if we lost to Ipswich or Cardiff.

And to me, that's where FC are now.

It's not a split, it's a difference of opinions.
We're all United.
We all look for the result on telly if we haven't been to the game.
We're all there screaming for the Reds when it's on sky.
But now thousands of us look for the FC result as well.

United are my team. Have been for more than 40 years. Always will be.

But if you never experienced the real United Experience, try FC.

then try FC
there are only two outcomes, you'll love it or you'll hate it. No inbetweeners.

It's the same roller coaster ride, but less violence.
