Default Amr Zaki to Real Madrid

Vital Latics understands that Wigan Athletic and Egypt striker Amr Zaki is heading to Spain in the January transfer window with a deal already in place between Real Madrid, Zamalek and the Latics.

Zaki was due to stay at Wigan until June with the loan deal struck by Steve Bruce thought to give Latics the first option for the prolific marksman, but this has proved false with the pulling power of the Spanish giants and a £15 million fee to Zamalek to much to turn down

It is understood that Real Madrid have negotiated a get out clause for the loan deal and the Latics will receive their loan fee back plus compensation, this will be a great disappointment to Latics fans and could seriously jeopardise Latics chances of success this season.

Why would they WUM about something like this? Hope he fails miserably if it happens.

So not tonight then? You sure about this.

Interesting that he'd miss training today for this.

Fergie did his weekend pre-match conference yesterday, not his usual Friday 2pm slot.

Because he had to be somewhere today?

(check the press to see if his horse is racing today, perhaps he's received a case of his favourite vino)

He is ITK, he's narrowed things down from "today" to "this morning or this afternoon".

Nah he's not. He just reads every crap football website he can and regurgitates it as if he's the human embodiment of Sky Sports News. I have two bananas on my desk here, and both of them know football better than leg saf.

Success, these days and for a team like Wigan, is measured by not being relegated. Sad but true. Bruce has dropped a %@#$&! on this one, he could have signed him permanently at teh start of the season.

I think in the next hour or two he'll narrow his timeframe down further.
