They certainly put up better domestic numbers compared with their equivalents. Of course Southgate is an absolutely atrocious manager and none of the attacking talent is correctly leveraged under him as it is/would be a Guardiola or Arteta.

Kane/Saka/Foden have more league goals this season than the respective Brazilian 3 in their positions (whichever league you choose to pick the 3 from). Southgate clearly does not get the best out of what he has, that much is clear.

As for who is actually better, its also fairly clear as on a previous page that Mbappe/Benzema are also both better than anything Brazil have at this tournament at an individual level.

Which is all to distract from the actual point I engaged in, which is how does this Brazil attack compare with attacks of bygone tournaments. Moving on ..
