Think about it. They were riding high in the league, he was the nation's sweetheart after his stirring "this does not £#%&!ing slip" speech. He already had his book written, lead them to the league then England to the world cup.

Then bang, Moyes gone. He falls over, league gone. He £#%&!s up, world cup gone.
