Have given her a piece of my mind (passively).

Messi being greedy, no doubt trying to emulate Ronaldo's efforts last night.

Don't think Barca will panic. They'd be happy enough with 1-0 at HT.

Dortmund are awful at the back, actually outside their front 3 they are bang average.
Transitional season for them. Lost so much quality with Hummels, Gundogan and Mkhitaryan leaving at once.

Big focus on youth now, so probably not a chance of remotely challenging Bayern for a while.

Big fan of Dembele, had a poor first leg though. What do you make of Pulisic?

Have sympathy for Dortmund, would love to see them get out of this cycle of deference to Bayern and their highly efficient strategy of undermining any competition. Big club who commit to developing young players and play a pleasing style.

Yep, Pulisic looks to have what it takes. Emre Mor another talent.

They also have the new Zlatan arriving in the summer. Alexander Isak; 6'3 striker arriving from Sweden aged 17.

Sadly you fear they may have accepted the stepping stone role and looking to develop talent more than win things.

0-0 at HT in the Nou Camp - maybe they are going to have to offer a bigger bung?

Best 45' of refereeing I've seen in a while.

Who's going off first? Neymar, Suarez, Busquets & Iniesta all appear quite desperate to get £#%&!ed off... hope the ref obliges.

Modern football

In an ideal footballing environment the likes of Dortmund and this Monaco side would have the opportunity to fully develop and reap the benefits of what they create. Instead they have and will be cherry picked to aid the nuclear race of the elite clubs. Damages the classic flavour of European competition.
