Same as when Arsenal played City. They gave it a good go, had them worried for a bit but then conceded.

Arsenal are very negative as well. they don't really know what to do when they have to open up.

They were never going to do anything tonight. When the top two are on form, the ‘nice’ teams aren’t getting anywhere near them.

Hopefully not.
I take great satisfaction and mention to some scum supporting pals that I have, that the one and only time they will win the Premier League, they couldn’t go and support the team due to lockdowns.

A once off, assisted by empty grounds, during a pandemic.
A fluke. Back to basics.

AND, Klopp is going to leave by 2024, along with much of their talent.
Back to mediocre status for LFC.

All claims which will fail, should they win it this year.

And a former Bournemouth striker put Villarreal 3-0 up from the spot.

At their best, city are better, but it’s turning into a scrap now and Liverpool have far more bottle imo.

They’d have found a win against palace the other night. When they get going, they’re relentless and city could get nervous. That game at the Etihad is huge and i can see city #@&%!ing about losing it in a big stroppy huff.

Liverpool look far better than City on current form. City are very robotic and efficient with the ball but are nowhere near as destructive as Liverpool going forward.

If i were to have a bet i'd say Liverpool will just pip them. Game at the etihad is the decider

I think City are better too. Sometimes it’s easier to chase than to be in the lead throughout. Liverpool looked goosed in January. Particularly with the lads heading off to the AFCON.

In the fixtures, away to Arsenal would have had a question mark over it.
And they have done them over well here tonight.

They’re not going anywhere.

They’re well managed, well run and have good young players

We really shouldn’t be this far behind. If we can just get the right structure in hopefully it won’t be decades before we win a league again

Jamie Carragher and Souness in the Sky Studio has almost confirmed the result tonight has secured the title for Liverpool.

Klopp has advised he is leaving when his contract expires in 2024.
Salah will be picked up by Real Madrid, VVD will fancy a crack of Spain, Italy or Paris. The other decent lads will leave or won’t be as good in a lesser team.

A cycle will start.

It's £#%&!ing nuts. Being in the position to do trebles and quadruples used to be a once in a generation rarity. But it seems like every season city are on for it and now Liverpool look to be heading that way.

Doesn't help that most of european football is on it's arse.
