Last couple of years it has been fairly obvious why managers like Lingard. Movement is great, he is smart, technically solid and he follows instructions. Good squad player who can play well in a number of roles, did not expect him to make this jump into such a scoring threat but if he keeps it up it will be hard to displace him.

His movement is excellent, makes a huge difference to our attack
