Apparently, this is all but agreed between the two parties. Big increase from Nike, with United taking some merchandising back in-house.

Sold the training kit sponsorship deal separately aswell unlike Barca/Bayern/Liverpool so £10m from DHL + whatever Aon/Chevy pay.

With the new kit deal and new sky deal cash coming in the value of the club is only gonna increase.

There was shitloads of doom about the bond issue a couple of years back but that ended up heavily oversubscribed.

a lot of debate about the bond issue. Should he really have let a pensioner out of the helicopter whilst she was wearing a dress?

I am sure there is a gag between running after this deal (Chevy Chase) and Darren Fletcher (Fletch) but I can't be arsed trying to make it.

The Glazers seem to get through sponsors fast. United have only had 5 sponsors in our history; this will be the 4th sponsor during their reign. Are they on commission or something? from Duncan Drasdo

If these figures are correct this is a £#%&!ing insane deal. The $100m up front makes sense.

From a £80m 4 year deal to a £382m year deal.

That is way more than double our current £20m per year deal.

And I thought nearly £200m earlier was pretty impressive.

Is this what the guy who got sacked agreed to do?

The Glazer apologists will be jizzing over this.

If that's why he's been sacked I'm not surprised! Job for life at the Glazers'/United's New York office.
