had Fergie the absolute master of motivation before and now we have this wet lettuce in charge. He's as dry as a bread sandwich. Nothing he says inspires any motivation for us as fans let alone for the £#%&!ers who go out and play. And I know they are paid thousands so shouldn't need motivating but it doesn't work like that does it.
