They played better football tonight than I've seen from the likes of Newcastle, Swansea and Stoke all season. Some of the PL clubs should have the balls to have a go against a big club and make the full use of home advantage.

Hard not to disagree with that. On this evidence they might not embarrass themselves in the PL at all.

It's glaringly apparent now that Jose is a on a wum. What the £#%&! do they do during the day? All fight and spirit gone. Those with a spark to their game have had it extinguished.

This is absolutely horrific to watch.

Only positive here if there is any, is a rest in january. Those two league cup semis make it a heavy month.
And possibly a reaction against Leicester.

One of the main reasons why the PL is such a pile of shit. Utd putting on one of their best statistical campaigns in years, the pundits telling us how strong the league is. Eye test tells a different tale, City are good, the rest are either in transition, not good enough or cannon fodder.

They're all good teams though. They could certainly hold their own with the dross (referred to in the above post) on this showing.

The mind boggles. Still, it must be great as one of these smaller teams knowing that if you just work hard that's 80% of the job done against this United team as they are, without doubt, the most pedestrian, lethargic bunch of @#%&!s out there.
Got to agree with you there Sparky... a load of individuals and no team going forward. Greedy £#%&!ers...

That's what happens when you have to rely on 'potential' all the time.

Potentially you £#%&! up a lot.

Get in the market in January ffs and get us some footballers of substance.

Can see why Mou doesn't like playing both Martial and Rashers now tbf

We need at least another two midfielders too. Blind is a back up left back at best

Darmian...

Stats are largely irrelevant when compared to the eye of someone with even half a clue about the game.

We may be second in the league, but we’re a poor match for other United sides which have finished as runners up in the past.
