It was for mouthing off to the ref rather than the 'tackle'. We don't know what he said so we can't say whether it was unjustified or not.

Definitely for dissent I think......there really wasn't much of a tackle, he just put his hands on Oddo slightly.

No, no he wasn't. He along with Gabby and Fletcher were at fault for the second but other than that he played well. Put their midfielders and defence on the back foot and the Milan players didn't like it at all. Should have been used more in the first half too had acres of space to run into.

Pity in the second half he wasn't always on the same wave length as Ronnie and vice versa. However he didn't hide and did very well all things considered. I'd put money on him being less than 70% fit too but at least he put himself forward for selection.

I don't think there was a single £#%&! performance last night either.

You can call someone a @#%&! without making a song and dance about it.

He was a bit animated, threw a punch in the air and flapped his lips a bit.

No he wasn't.

Nobody was 'shocking' at all.

Heinze was as fault for both goals. Evra was at fault for the second.
They made crucial errors, but it doesn't mean they were shocking.

Other than the goals Milan didn't really create much else in the first half and even less in the second.

I think that sums it up, one mistake and suddenly you have a 'shocking' first half. There was little which came down our left, all the threat was coming through the middle. Evra offered a great outlet for the first half and Milan were shitting it until they took a foothold - and surprisingly that was a time when the ball stopped going out wide to Patrice and Giggsy.
