For the average away in the premier its about 60% manc, probably even lower for an away in London.
So how comes the support at home games is usually so shite?

It's surprise more than anything else most of the time. They have this idea of our support being rubbish etc, mostly spoonfed to them by the media.

I've always loved the fact that our supporters never turn up at these grounds and go through the same old tired song repertoir that every other club does when they come to old trafford. "your support is £#%&!ing shit" etc zzzzzzzzzz.

It is. Everytime I go about 1 in 20 are singing. The away brigade is just the hardcore though, shame they're packed in with a bunch of @#%&!s at home.

When you have 75,000 supporters it's very rarely going to be all hardcore is it though.

Some games our support at home is awful. Huge parts of the game played in silence. When I was going regularly it was usually the early kick-offs against teams like charlton or Middlesbrough.

But, there were also plenty of games where the atmosphere was nowhere near as bad as people would make out.
