One of my all time favourite players. Gutted for him that he missed both 2006/2010 WC, should have been captaining them at both if anything.

What a legend this guy is.

Admittedly didn't watch that much Serie A but any time I watched him in the Champions League he seemed to stand out.

Legend is a term used to easily. This guy is that. Love him .. Didn't he have issues with his hair no one allowed to touch it. Bar his barber... Never appears to play bad. And a sexy bastard
