You know Gerrard is off form when he can't even get the dive right.

Timing was all wrong, poor technique.

gerrard limping, last player we needed injured

dreadful game but it was a friendly, when it gets down to competitive games we will be fine. in the groups anyway.

also i think i would start with joe hart in goal

You do all realise this was a Friendly don't you?....a 'warm-up' match?
There wouldn't have been a player on that pitch that didn't have the fear of injury at the forefront of their minds.
The commentary team were going on as if they'd never seen a game of Football in their lives....as if the players should be busting a gut in a Friendly

Hardly fair to write England off after a game like that.

Tbf, they've got no decent right backs, no left sided midfield & no strikers apart from Rooney. SF's at best I would imagine.

England fans are the biggest :cringefest: in International sport. It gets to the point where you don't want to watch it because you're so embarrassed on their behalf - Grown men dressed as St George? ...grown men in Clowns wigs & Face Paint? ...& the worst culprit...the most despicable crime in World Sport - The England Band:shakehead:
Apart from the cringeworthy 'Great Escape' & 'Italian Job' monstrosities I couldn't help but notice they were playing the A-Team theme??? wtf is that about?? £#%&!ing bastards. I hate them & they should all be shot before the World Cup.
