I must admit, I read that article this morning and couldn't believe what I was reading.

We were tipped off about a player so looked him up on the internet?!? We may as well appoint Saffingtons as head scout.

A club of our size should have a scout in most countries (that have a professional league). They should know everything about that country and be aware of any promising players.

There's just no value on youtube.

sounds very thorough to me. checking out the kid's family, entourage and lifestyle, seems like they really thought the kid was worth the effort.

surely he means contacts in mexico mentioned him, so they just checked his profile on the net and then just scouted him and found out about his lifestyle

It's actually Mickey Phelan's outdated version of Premier Manager '98 with update patches.
