Might turn out to be a good thing tbh. £#%&! all expectations.

Will honestly be delighted with a 1-0 win Sunday

Feel very meh about it but it's difficult to distinguish my feelings between united and football generally. Haven't ever felt less arsed about footy in my entire life tbh - find it horrifically dull most of the time + the oil club thing has really put me off (sour grapes or not, the effect is the same). Practically never watch it unless I'm at a match. Then you get Chelsea at home or Everton in the semi in the fa cup and you remember why you're there.

United increasingly feels like a duty - enjoyed last season in the end but can't get away from often thinking of all the things I would rather be doing whilst I'm there. If the kids tire of it, I'm done*

* been saying that for a bit though.

Utd will be much improved this season and i do expect to win something this season,Mourinho always takes the cups seriously and i can see us getting 1 of the domestic ones again , and we will be much more balanced and powerful this year, and if we get a good winger we will put in a good effort for the premiership ,top 3 at least , and i have not said that for a few seasons .

There will be no good football played. It's a Jose team alright. Functional giants and limited opportunity for flair. Plus, it's still riddled with shit@#%&!s.

I think a lot of football fans regardless of clubs are getting this feeling ,and have done for a number of years ,with this silly money and prices charged . the fun is slowly dying ,its as much like visiting the stock exchange these days as a sporting event ,money men are dictating the game ,and to make it worse Utd have become pedestrian over the last 6-7 seasons compared to the dynamite of the 90's early 00's ,its easy to lose interest, we get burst's of action but nothing like the golden days .

Absolutely riddled. One might even go as far as to use the term saturated.

7/10.

We are still in the rebuilding phase but are getting better.

1st time in 26 years I won't have a Season Ticket - feels very weird and takes a bit of the excitement away, I have to admit.

It's a new season FFS. We've strengthened and we should improve on last season. What's not to look forward to?
