Default The brawl in ET2 between us and the vermin...

http://www.manchestereveningnews.co....igans-13391369

How have they managed to get this so, so wrong?

United lads getting up to 15 months prison and 10 year banning orders and the scousers maximum jail sentence is only SIX WEEKS with 3 year banning orders? AND the scousers have previous against United a few years ago.

The scousers instigate the mither, they get slapped by a couple of day trippers and walk away virtually scot free in comparison!

One bit did make me smile though - one of them was crying in fear.

So despite acknowledging that the United defendants were all decent fellows with good jobs, who were provoked to £#%&!, the judge still sends them down?

The law is an ass.

Was gonna post similar. State of those sentences given to the united lot

It's scary really, get involved with something that wasn't even started by you and face more than a year in prison?

Have a bit of a scrap on the street on a weekend and you'd barely get a £#%&!ing warning. The football part for some reason makes it a thousand times worse, absolute bullshit.

Mental stuff.

In an ideal world a judge would say "the scouse @#%&!s acted like @#%&!s and they got a smack, which they deserved. Let's move on".

It's shocking pal - can't even call them scouse @#%&!s on the forecourt without plod grabbing you these days.

If they were up there with no intent on causing bother, they shouldn't have started ballooning and draping banners over the tier. As they did tha, they invited it and knew what was coming. So the instigators get away pretty much with a slapped wrist (3 of the 7 weren't even charged ffs)

I expect the United lads had no previous, so it doesn't make any sense that they all get OTT punishments. And lets not forget, they weren't arrested in the stadium, they handed themselves in

Quite right too. No place for that kind of behaviour.

What you hooligan apologists are failing to take into account is the potential negative implications for our sponsors and sales of the higher margin executive packages.

Also the children.

Agree. It was an odd thing to do. Obviously they shit their kecks but I guarantee they wouldn't be handing themselves in if they knew what was coming.

Definitely poorly advised by their lawyers too. in fact, they shouldn't deal with any football related incidents again, the useless bastards

You'd think they'll appeal this tbh
with the vermin boys getting 6 to 12 weeks, that has to be taken into account, particularly with their previous

And a 10 year banning order is as unjust as they come. For slapping a gobby @#%&! ballooning with banners in your section of the ground. Just insane all round. Not one person should be going to jail for what happened

Correct. Bit of a fine and a ban, as you were. £#%&!ing madness more than a year in prison for that. Nonces don't get much more

Didn't that football legal team get involved, is it FSF or something...

See them bleating on twitter sometimes...

"Ooooo Derick from Morcombe bay fc gets off after dropping a pie on a police horse hoof"

I think they got involved with the scousers - I know they work closely with that S.O.S group.

And fair play re: Derek
