Evroh and De Laet were quality.

Berbatov was £#%&!ing shit but I suppose his mis-hit assist will keep him at our £#%&!ing club until at least £#%&!ing January.

£#%&! sake.

Thumbs up Re: Motm vs Wolves

Going for Evra, he's been solid and consistant for us and played well again tonight, had the captains armband for a while

Scholes and Carrick as I mentioned previously also played well.

Kaiser Carrick

He could be our edge if Ferguson is bold enough.

barring a situation where we only have one fit defender, we will never play three at the back, nor play a sweeper, thankfully

thought welbeck did very well when he came on. some poor decisions at times but good awareness and really troubled the wolves defence. he's playing with a lot of confidence atm and looks like he's progressing really well now he's in the first team squad consistently.

I wouldn't be so sure. We're certainly unlikely to go with an orthodox 'english' 3 at the back these days. But Carrick is just such a class footballer, we have an abundance of options in the current squad, and we often face overloaded midfields. Football evolves, and moving in and out of various formations effortlessly during games is not just for the future

Agree with you on Welbeck, but I find him an incredibly frustrating player right now tbh. I'm sure the manager is trying to get him up to speed by using him away from the centre halves as much as he can so hopefully it's sinking in. Not sure he's actually enjoying it even though he must be.

easily Evra. Best LB in the world. Doesn't know how to drop his tempo.

Carrick looked comfortable at CB and Fletch did really well when he came on, i only hope he starts in midfield on sat.

Agree with that. His cameo was just about the only interesting thing aside from the goals. Gave him the MOTM cos no-one else stood out.

Evra. Again.

A quite wonderful left back who, although highly rated, is still underrated.

As I'm sure you probably must be aware, Glenn Hoddle was in no way shape or form a pioneer of any football formations used successfully in the modern era. He was of course a class footballer, but Beckenbauer, and total football for that matter, preceded him as a player by a number of years.

hope this helps

What do you mean by his playing as a "libero"?
