This has been going on for years. Eventually it'll get bigger by plonking some clever bits on top. It shouldn't move or be completly rebuilt.

Dunno why people are getting their #@&%!s out over these fancy photos of football grounds. The only aesthetically pleasing one from the outside is the San Siro. Maybe Highbury. Who gives a shit? OT is fine. American football stadiums ffs.

It's like they let Michael Bay design it. Does it transform into a giant robot?
It's more than meets the eye

We have owners who stopped free tickets for ex-players etc. So unless it makes money in the long term, we ain't doing anything cosmetic to the ground.

RM's ground is basically going to be the exact same as it is now but with a fancy outer shell that looks nice. There would be no money making in that for our @#%&!s.

They will wait until standing is legal. Then they'll do it. Plus they will be fuming the crips have reduced the capacity and made them pay to do so.

Looks like a chiller unit on top of an office roof. Can't imagine how it could look any worse tbh.

It's interesting, architecturally speaking.

But if that's the criteria then let's play in a Guggenheim museum.

I'm all for staying OT and expanding and was just posting on the south Stand expansion problems.
Why don't Trafford council compulsory purchase those houses for us to expand

I'm sure that's how the berties got the land via the city council to built that training complex(not 100% sure on this tho)

One of the few grounds left in this country with a bit of history and character.

Ask arsenal fans if they prefer the emirates to highbury.

I'd hate United to play in one of these identikit stadiums, just another wembley or etihad. £#%&! that.

?? they will be livid they've been made to do that. Would they have voluntarily done it?

thats the only thing that may kick them up the arse, plus safe standing being legalised, to improve the ground.

OT is a mess but if they can somehow create an even roof line it will look great.

As it is it looks like something a 5 year old as put together with his lego.

I thought United had bought up a load of the houses but sold them off after the @#%&!s took over.

Anyone else secretly think they should turn OT into an aquarium with the pitch area converted into some sort of botanical garden?

Let me hazard just a guess that the answer to this is in the negative.
