That's not remotely true, you don't beat teams putting four past them that much without playing well
we were excellent against west ham and leicester especially in our style of play

Yes, now saying we have been shite all season is the very worst sort of revisionism.

No it's not. Claiming United have been playing well is revisionism when anybody who is being truly honest knows that hasn't been the case at all.

West Ham and Leicester ffs. One of their managers has just been sacked and the other is perilously close.

This is only true if you are judging by ridiculously, indeed unattainably, high standards (eg not missing any chances or allowing the opposition any)

In objective reality, our form at the start of this season was the best since SAF left - with the sole possible exception of *that* 3-4 game spell under LvG.

That terms used in Scotland, never thought of it as an Aussieism before.

How well a team is playing isn't objective, it's subjective. I'm not talking about form, results, or chances taken or conceded. Neither was NN or northers. It might not sit well with some, but few would argue that city are currently playing very well. United are currently light years away from that.

Most of the games have been utterly forgettable with late flurries of goals which have created flattering scorelines. As soon as any team has offered some resistance or hasn't followed Mourinho's plan of tiring and allowing his subs to take advantage, United have been clueless.

Stoke, the vermin and huddersfield have all been rinsed by teams playing well that have taken the game to them from the start. All 3 are a bit shit in all honesty but United have sat off all of them waiting for them to tire and when it hasn't happened United have had no idea how to attack them properly. That's not playing well.
