He's right that it's all about the small margins at the very top where mental attitude can give you the vital edge.

Shame then that he was like a PE teacher running a non-competitive sports day.

Complete delusion

Doesn't he have some kind of personal mentor/pop psychologist he works with? Can see it all over this statement. Small margins. Time frames. Win ratios (false, by the way)

You know shit's bad when you hang on to Everton as your glory years. 11 years and not a single piece of silverware. Success

From champions by some distance to our lowest position for about 25 years is not a fine margin

It is when you consider there are 92 teams in the football league

The only man more guilty of stealing a living than Moyes himself. The fraud behind the fraud.

“There was a changing of the guard. Not only did I replace Alex, David Gill had also stepped down as chief executive and Ed Woodward came in."

What to do when you're faced with changes in major positions?

Make more changes by sacking all of the first team coaches (it's not like they were going to follow Fergie to his next gig ) and instilling your own men who've won £#%&! all

That article was as big a warning sign as you could wish for, in retrospect.

There’s no need for hindsight or retrospect. It was clear once the rumours of him replacing Fergie were around, that he’d be a holicaust of an appointment. Particularly when Mou was available.

That still makes me angry
